Xarion has golden hair and teal eyes. He wears layered overdone clothing, though he sometimes strides around in nothing but a loose shirt.

Xarion rises to the high-arbiter seat in Irrathis after making a name for himself alongside Cassian. The two of them travel all across Teryndal, where Xarion's charismatic speeches draw attention and interest. He is eventually voted in as high arbiter due to his reputation. He organizes the Xalmyrran tournaments, governs the nation to the best of his ability, and opposes Aurion during Soltheris and Teryndal's political fallout.
His Assembly includes Sarine, Maric, and Xandor. He is energetic, theatrical, politically sharp, and often restless. His public confidence hides guilt over the costs of leadership and the people he fails to protect.

After the timerift pulls him into Varnhallow, he takes the name Thalion Zenith, becomes the divine patriarch of Luminaris, and gathers the Order around a mission to end Malverand's guardians and preserve the future that leads back to his own time.

Their mission is to erase all of Malverand, both the guardians and its history. Thalion realizes the reason nobody knows much about Malverand in the present is because he was the one who ordered its destruction.

Return and Current Arc
After the Order's part in the Fall of Malverand, Eira places Thalion, Abraxas, and most of the Order members into temporal stasis in the Malverand vault. When they awaken in the present, Xarion is alive and weakened, carrying Ozaith's galaxy mark and facing the news that Raphael has returned, with Isaac and Thalena missing.
Xarion returns to Irrathis, reunites with Xandor, Xelora, and Xirane, and supports choosing a new high arbiter. The Order begins acting openly, and Xarion pushes for a common Valrindor council.
During the attempt to close the source in Zarephon, Xarion joins Eira and Kaelion inside the mountain. The collapse of the mountain forces them through the breach into the Malverand Intergalactic Empire, where he meets Isandro, Amos, Rafe, Eamon, and Mike. He is relieved to find out they have managed to capture Thalena's essence, and she is preserved for now. There, he takes the name Xarion Starforger.
