During the siege of Omberion, Isrynn chose to remain with the army after learning that Kaelion had returned. Splin later brought her and Astheron to see him in Kaldaryn City.
When foreign skyships attacked the city, Isrynn left Eira behind and boarded Drendyll's ship with Kaelion. She shielded the ship with temporal magic while Astheron and Splin protected it from outside. After Splin lost a wing and Astheron fell, Isrynn stopped Kaelion from going out to help them.
She then overloaded her essence and blinked through the pursuing skyships, destroying them as cracks spread across her body. She exploded after shattering the last ship. Eliona and Azarion survived and continued the pursuit.
