History
Tournament of champions
Drendyll competed in the tournament of champions. Xarion struck him with his staff at the start of their match, sending him backward across the arena. Drendyll surrendered and fled.
Work for the council
The council sent Drendyll to Kaldaryn to maintain diplomatic ties. He piloted Xarion, Aelius, and Jin to a cave in Vintergard, then returned to Kaldaryn to collect the others. When he spotted unfamiliar skyships approaching the city, he warned the guards at Kaelion's request.
During the attack by Azarion and Eliona, Drendyll carried Kaelion aboard his skyship while Astheron and Splin shielded them. He followed Xoh'Tenol's instruction to fly east and regained control of the ship as the attackers pursued them. At Kaelion's urging, he enchanted his fist, broke a window, and jumped out before Eliona boarded. He survived and was back in Kaldaryn when the others returned.
Later, Aldar sent Drendyll and Rhalyn to brief Brynor. Brynor instructed Drendyll to travel to Thalassai and communicate their defense plans. After finding little to report there, Drendyll returned to assist Irrathis.
Thalena's account
In Thalena's Shores of Eternity, Drendyll piloted the Order's blue flagship to Ithyreon for the Valrindor Council's mission. He landed at Kharad and guarded the ship while the others entered the city. He later returned with Seralyth, and they reported on the beasts encountered during the mission.
