Overview
Ozaith is the singularity god and ruler of Ulzathir in eastern Valrindor. He uses the title King of gods. Ulzathir's council, armies, fleet, and shard wielders serve his rule.
Appearance
Ozaith's divine body is a shifting constellation of light, with galaxies moving through him. In the mortal world he descends in a manlike body of light and void. His features stay indistinct, and reality bends around him. Stars, starlight, and gravitational force surround him. He carries a staff that sends waves through the ground and draws celestial power from the sky.
Rule and Power
Ozaith uses cosmic and aetheric power. He has followers and shard wielders in the mortal world. His throne stands in the Council Citadel of Ishtanur.
Long before the invasion of Thalassai, Ozaith raised a hidden wall in the ocean after turmoil in Thalassai drove refugees to Ulzathir. The wall kept Thalassai from looking beyond the ocean and blocked ordinary passage between Thalassai and Valrindor. Its location was hidden by perception, and Ozaith could allow chosen ships to pass through it.
Campaign Against Thalassai
Ozaith believed Thalena Xenith intended to dominate the world. He also feared Cassian Ironvale, whose power could kill gods by breaking their essence. Ozaith intended to kill them both, bring Thalassai and Xolterra under divine rule, and then turn against Xol'Zahir.
Ozaith led the invasion of Thalassai with Nahm, Pyrathalor, and Hrzai. Before the invasion, he allowed the allied fleets through the ocean wall and across the sea. Ozaith's army attacked Terranova. Haverloch and Brighthaven forces attacked Pyrenis. A smaller strike force went to Chronasis to reach Thalena.
Death
Ozaith descended near the end of the fighting outside Chronasis during the Thalassai Invasion after Tianlei struck Thalena and left her unable to continue fighting. Ozaith demanded that Thalena abandon Thalassai's ways, answer to him, and worship him. Thalena refused.
Ozaith then summoned an asteroid large enough to destroy Thalassai and threaten far beyond it. When Cassian arrived, Ozaith moved to kill him. Before he could strike, Hrzai pierced him with a golden sword. Cassian used Pyrathalor's essence and his own godslayer power to crush Ozaith's essence. Ozaith's body shattered, collapsed inward, and vanished into nothing.
