Regional Alignment
The Skarnheim Alliance joins Skarnheim, Vintergard, and Bjarnholt during Varnhallow's attack on Skarnheim, shaper advances near Skarnheim, and darkness incursions around Bjarnholt. Sigurd leads Skarnheim from Rimvold, Svanhild arranges Vintergard's troops and supplies, Thorik leads Bjarnholt, and Halgarr commands Vintergard forces.
Activity
The alliance gathers around Rimvold's Great Hall when Varnhallow attacks Skarnheim and the darkness surges into Bjarnholt. Sigurd asks for aid against Varnhallow and the shapers, Thorik presses for aid against the darkness, Svanhild tests visitors and arranges Vintergard's troops and supplies, and Halgarr handles guard, escort, vault, and messenger work.
In later diplomacy, Vintergard and Bjarnholt answer mostly to Skarnheim. Their own leaders continue acting for them. Through those negotiations, Skarnheim fights alongside Kaldaryn, Morozkaya, Haverloch, and Bjarnholt near Rimvold, Stormhaven, and Varnhallow.
