The Great Hall of Rimvold is the leadership hall of Rimvold, Skarnheim, carved into a cliff. Sigurd receives allied leaders and plans the nation's defenses here.
Layout
Braziers in iron cradles light the vaulted main hall. Wide corridors connect its chambers, and a detailed map of Valrindor is carved into a polished stone wall. The hall also provides spacious guest rooms.
A long staircase leads to a chamber beneath the hall. A semicircular gate stands outside the locked library vault, beside an open exit from the mountain. Halgarr holds the key to the vault, which contains ancient books, including The Eleven Stories of Old. Borrowed books must remain in the building.

History
The hall already stood in 2085 AX, when Thalion Zenith gathered the region's patriarchs there. He later appointed Benedict patriarch of Rimvold and used the hall for meetings of the Order. After a hidden gate was discovered beneath it, he ordered stairs down to the gate and a nearby vault for plans, books and valuables.
