Overview
Ralvon is a Rahmavir scout and envoy in Raphael's coalition. He carries orders and battlefield intelligence between Raphael, Eremion, Eliona, Azarion, and Rahmavir's chosen leaders, and he is one of Rahmavir's fastest scouts. His courier and scouting work spans the final Maraveth phase, Garadon and Halvarim intelligence work, the Siege of Omberion, the Blackcrag front, activity at Zarephon, and the Battle for Cyndarel.
Field Duties
Raphael sends Ralvon to Eremion before the Maraveth attack, instructing him to push the front line in three days to draw Thalena into position. Later, in Garadon, Ralvon stands with other scouts while Raphael discusses spellblasters, corruptor projectiles, and oversized Halvarim-built weapons, then receives orders to gather more information on Haverloch and Thalassai.
During the Siege of Omberion and the Blackcrag defense buildup, Ralvon arrives with Rahmavir transport ships, skyships, weapons, essence cores, and reinforcements. He confers with Kjeldan and Soria, relays the change of plans that sends Eliona and Azarion toward Maraveth, and returns to Garadon after Omberion has been defended, Rimvold has been taken by Zain, and Kaelion, Eira, and Zayren / Zero have returned among the Order.
At the Halvarim summit, Ralvon meets Eliona and Azarion, leads them into the hall of chosen, keeps Azarion's request about Eira quiet, and points out Torukhan as Khagan of Serekhai. During the Battle for Cyndarel, Raphael sends him back toward the source and Zarephon to find Eliona and Alice. Only Nero remains there, Maric has escaped, and Ralvon checks the trapped skyships when darkness encloses Cyndarel before later guarding Boss with Kjeldan.
Skills and Details
Ralvon moves quickly by air: he descends and lands beside Eliona and Azarion, vanishes north toward Halvarim in a blast of air, hovers over Cyndarel on a current of air, and takes to the air when Raphael orders him to prepare the forces. He is disciplined and direct in command settings. He presses for practical preparation when Azarion warns him about the returned Order and raises evacuating exposed cities.
Ralvon has wild curly hair, dark eyes, and usually wears lightweight traveling clothes. At the Halvarim summit, he wears an embroidered robe with his hair combed neatly.
