Overview
Radomir is the flameward sovereign of Drozhvenya, the southern agricultural nation whose capital is Viregrad, and later becomes a diarch of Morozkaya. He is a fire mage and political leader who manages grain farming, food exports, volcanic soil, trade, and practical economic policy. He has long brown hair, fiery red eyes, and is a towering man.
Diarchy and Trade
Kazimir names Radomir as a fair ally of Morozkaya before the invasion of Thalassai. After Kazimir and Kyrana die, Radomir enters Kyranthos with Garrik, questions the vacant diarchy, and announces his interest in the second diarch seat because Morozkaya's volcanic soil is valuable for grain farming. Garrik has already promised to protect Drozhvenya and signed trade deals with him, and Vianna names Radomir as the other diarch. With no challenger in the council, Radomir takes the seat and declares the diarchy complete again.
Radomir quickly becomes Morozkaya's dominant practical governor. He leads meetings, reassures Vianna that he has Morozkaya covered, orders fire and earth mages to repair the Ember Spire after the timerift, hosts visitors from Kaldaryn and Garrik, and sends supplies and mages to Garrik's forces. Virel convinces him to test potatoes, grapes, and other crops before Morozkaya enters a seed-exchange agreement with Haverloch.
By Thalena's later diplomatic visit to Kyranthos, Radomir and Liana hold the ornate diarch chairs in the Ember Spire. Liana handles Morozkayan records and Brighthaven follow-through. Radomir focuses on supplies, trade, and Drozhvenyan diplomacy.
Abilities and Traits
Radomir is a fire mage; during a meal, he conjures small beams of fire to toast grain. He is assertive, ambitious, economically skilled, and intensely focused on agriculture. At Valrindor summits and strategy meetings, he worries about Kaldaryn's growth, Brighthaven, the darkness, the shapers, and the safety of grain exports.
