Overview

Drozhvenya is a southern agricultural nation in Valrindor, led by Radomir, the flameward sovereign. Its capital is Viregrad, a city amid vast plains and farmlands. The country farms grain, exports food and baked goods, and allies with Morozkaya.

Drozhvenya and Borovia ally with Morozkaya. During the Maraveth War, Drozhvenya sends supplies and mages; resources from Drozhvenya, Morozkaya, and Borovia reach Garrik's forces.

Land and Economy

Drozhvenya lies beyond the Borovian forests on the route toward Morozkaya. Travelers crossing into the country move from dense woodland into open plains and farmlands that continue toward Viregrad.

Grain farming dominates Drozhvenya's economy and public reputation. During Eira's visit to Viregrad, Jin Leiyun joins local farmers in their work, and Xoh’Tenol descends to bake and create miniature suns that accelerate crop growth. Radomir prioritizes food exports, grain, trade deals, and fertile soil.

Politics and History

During Kaldaryn's expansion, Garrik brings Drozhvenya into his southern diplomatic network and meets Radomir among the regional leaders of Valrindor. Radomir joins regional meetings with leaders from Borovia, Skarnheim, Calthorpe, and Strothgard, where Drozhvenya's concerns include Kaldaryn's growth, Morozkaya's condition, the darkness, the shapers, and grain exports.

Drozhvenya's alliance with Morozkaya deepens after Kazimir and Kyrana die. Radomir seeks a seat in the Morozkayan diarchy because Morozkaya's volcanic soil is valuable for grain farming; Garrik promises Kaldaryn's military protection and trade agreements for Drozhvenya. Radomir takes on Morozkayan rule. Later, Drozhvenya sends resources with Morozkaya and Borovia to Garrik near Maraveth, and Radomir sends envoys back to Drozhvenya and negotiates agriculture, supplies, and trade.
