Overview

Eamon advises Emperor Isandro closely in the Malverand Intergalactic Empire, working beside Rafe and Mike on classified containment problems involving Maraveth, Zarephon, the void, the imperial core, and Helena Hyperion. He has golden hair and a beard, uses high-clearance imperial devices and data, and responds to danger as a technical security advisor.

Core Access and Capabilities

Eamon controls secure rooms, panels, wrist-device permissions, holographic displays, and restricted core data. His body contains very little essence and a large number of nanites; nanite-heavy advisors like Eamon can connect directly with the core but avoid doing so. When essence-heavy magic or the void threatens Maraveth's machinery and core, he seals rooms, shuts gates, grants or withholds core access, and restricts magical travel around Maraveth.

History

Eamon joins the response after Thalena's essence-made body dies in Isandro's palace. He questions whether Amos can be trusted, seals the room, studies the scan data with Rafe and Mike, and focuses on the danger that the void and the Zarephon breach connect to another Valrindor. When the breach enlarges, Isandro sends him to Zarephon with Luke; from there, Eamon tracks the enlarged rift.

During Amos's void work, Eamon examines the capsule contents, evaluates equipment for the crossing, and remains wary of the void entity later named Oktlix, Data-Scar. He gives Amos access to restricted core data, compares the core, the void entity, Helena, Thalena, and his own nanite-heavy body, and theorizes that the rope can transfer current through the void for gate work.

Eamon also handles strategic material about the Spiral Mandate. He shows Amos imperial data during the attack on the Proxion system, reviews the destroyed Atraxis system and Mandate resource exploitation, and previously met the Mandate's reflection-like leaders with Isandro and Rafe. When Eira, Kaelion, and Xarion arrive through the Zarephon breach, Eamon initially objects to bringing them into Maraveth because their essence levels threaten imperial machinery, then directs researchers away and imposes restrictions on magical travel.

Relationships

  • Isandro: Eamon advises him closely and uses his authorization for restricted core work.
  • Rafe: Eamon's closest peer in Isandro's advisory circle during the Maraveth core emergency and the Zarephon breach response.
  • Amos: Eamon grants him core access, compares scan data with him, and repeatedly challenges his judgment about the void entity.
  • Helena Hyperion / Thalena: Her essence-made death, capsule preservation, and the breach to the other Valrindor drive much of Eamon's work.
  • Mike, Luke, and Elias: Eamon brings Luke to Zarephon, relies on Mike's medical and core expertise, and shares containment orders with Elias.
  • Eira, Kaelion, and Xarion: Eamon initially objects to bringing them into Maraveth because their essence levels threaten imperial machinery, then directs researchers away and restricts magical travel.
