Myrelia was a princess of Myrravel and the sister of Myrdon. She fought alongside Raphael's allies and received a crystal from Gabriel. She died when the crystal's power turned her into an essence bomb.
Appearance
Myrelia had blond hair and brown teal eyes. She wore pink robes.
Personality
Myrelia wanted to prove herself worthy to her parents and refused an opportunity to return home. Her brother's death made her determined to kill Kaelion. She regarded Eliona and Azarion as heroes when she believed they had killed him.
Magic
Myrelia wielded earth and divine magic. She shaped rock into shields and platforms, moved underground and healed other people, including survivors who had inhaled toxic air. Gabriel's crystal gave her exceptional power. Its essence later escaped through her body, transforming her into a mass of unstable white essence.
History
Myrelia joined Azarion's expedition against the Order of Thalion Zenith with her brother and other mages from Myrravel. After Kaelion killed Myrdon, she attacked him with sharp rocks while Eliona was speaking with the Order. Eira knocked her unconscious, and Severin healed her and carried her to Zarephon.
Myrelia survived the destruction of Zarephon by escaping underground. She shielded and healed other survivors, then chose to accompany Eliona, Azarion and Alice to Cyndarel rather than return to Myrravel. There, Gabriel gave her a crystal, to which she attuned well.
She survived the fighting at Cyndarel and the ensuing hurricane, regrouping with Raphael's remaining allies in Therendros and Calaris. She later joined their attack on Ishtanûr. Eliona found her unconscious and badly wounded during Azarion's loss of control, and brought her to Eira for help.
After Gabriel was unmade, the crystal's essence began escaping from Myrelia. Maric took her deep underground to protect the others from the impending explosion. Her body detonated there, killing her.
