Sephara was a lightning mage of the Oracles of Eternity during Valrindor's guardian wars. She served Abraxas in the Plains of Eternity and accompanied Thalion to Thundermarch.
Appearance
Sephara had dark blond hair and green eyes. She wore fine green robes.
Magic
Sephara wielded powerful lightning without a shard. She could move as a flash of lightning, pierce skyship barriers and summon rainstorms. Her stormcraft was weaker than Thalion's, but she helped him relieve drought in Thundermarch.
History
The Oracles and Jazarel
Sephara believed the Source's prophecies foretold a being who would destroy the world. She persuaded Uriandel that the guardians' wars had been futile and sought Isandriel's support while the Plains were under attack. During Uriandel's battle with Jeremiah, her lightning pierced the enemy skyship's barriers. She then joined the battlefield's essence drain.
She joined Thalion's alliance against Malverand at Jazarel, suspecting that the outsiders might be the prophesied destroyers. She followed them to learn their goals, but condemned their flooding of the city, challenging Thalion's claim to fight for a world his actions would leave ruined.
After the battle, Thalion prevented her from returning home until she explained the prophecies. He kept her under guard in Rimvold's Great Hall. Her certainty weakened when she recognized that he was not seeking the Plains or their Source.
Thundermarch
In 2103 AX, Thalion took Sephara and Ignatius to Thundermarch. She recognized the good he was doing despite the prophecy and helped summon rain over a drought-stricken village. While she sustained the storm, Thalion proclaimed Tianlei's name to the villagers.

Sephara offered to remain and train villagers if Thalion would consider helping the Oracles against Rahmavir. Recognizing Zhenyu Leiyun's surname, he agreed to leave her in Stormbrook as its lightning teacher. He would hear her out and meet Abraxas, without promising to join their war.
After Abraxas lost his memories, Sephara chose to stay in Stormbrook. She explained the Oracles' suspicions about missing temporal mages and a temporal god, and apologized to Thalion.
