Overview
Novaris is the capital city of the Malverand Intergalactic Empire in the Hyperion system and surrounding lands. It stands on Meridian, the system's main planet, amid slightly dusty-yellow soil. During Eira's visit, Naomi is the Novaris overseer. Advisor Kate leads the Meridian planetary authority.
Cityscape
The city is mostly cyan-gray, built from processed Kytherite remains and steel. Novaris is a sprawling city of glass, gray, and cyan, with rounded, tall, broad structures and ordered streets.
Meridian Visit
Mike guides Eira and Kaelion through Novaris. Isandro and Luke visit local officials. People inside one city building recognize Mike, bow to him, and obey his requests. From that building, an elevator descends deep into Meridian's crust to a chamber containing the Three Obelisks.
