Naomi is the overseer of Novaris on Meridian, in the Malverand Intergalactic Empire.
She received Eira and Kaelion kindly during their visit, offering them whatever they needed. She proposed a security detail, which Isandro declined, and waited with him at Novaris's underground obelisks. When the visitors departed, she invited them to return.
