Eastern Valrindor

Eastern Valrindor is the eastern region of Valrindor, across the ocean from Thalassai. Its nations include Haverloch in the southeast, Varnhallow, and Ulzathir. Ulzathir is closest to Thalassai by boat. Haverloch has ports on the Navan Sea, including Valalav.

The Plains of Eternity make northeastern mapping and travel difficult: going around them requires a long detour, while flying above them is dangerous even for powerful mages. The mountains of Ithyreon also hinder travel southward.

Exploration and travel

After the wall in the ocean vanished, Cassian sent windweavers to chart the waters toward eastern Valrindor.
