Tharran is the capital of Tharendur, on Valrindor. A river descends from mountains far to the north and flows beside the city, with a waterfall farther upstream.
City
Tharran has no city walls. Black, rounded towers stand among modest houses, with buildings in dark green, blue and black amid green and blue vegetation. Inhabitants with human features share the streets with others whose skin resembles bark. Signs use Malverand and a local language.
An inn marked by a bell sign has nearly black wooden stairs. The library has books lining its walls, including ancient Tharendur history in Malverine. Both accept crafted essence cores. A western road leads toward the Plains of Eternity, connecting through Myriandel to Zarephon.
Diplomacy
Eira negotiated with the people of Tharran, sharing information about surrounding areas and securing their agreement to attend the next Valrindor Council meeting.
