Halcyra was a city near the eastern edge of Varnhallow within its temporal anomaly. Fertile plains met desert sands here, and its curved buildings of earth and sand were made to withstand extreme heat.
Its divine patriarchs were known as the Lord of Cosmos and the Lady of Fire.

History
Michael appointed Eira and Kaelion as Halcyra's divine patriarchs. They ruled under the names Lady of Fire and Lord of Cosmos, while Wilfred taught them local administration. Kaelion ordered plantations for desert fruits, grown for cooking and exports. After years in the city, they prepared to leave. Wilfred had gone ahead to inform Michael that new patriarchs would be needed.
