Overview
Atraxis Prime Omega is an Atraxi-administered civilian planet and gate site within the Malverand Intergalactic Empire. Imperial route data places it about 87 light-years from Valrindor in the Hyperion Spiral, and transport facilities in Chronasis announce it as an aerial-ship destination.
Its population is predominantly Atraxi, with local Atraxi authority operating inside the empire. The planet is calm, clear, and uneventful, with settlements spread widely across its surface. Civilian movement is moderate, but total orbital traffic remains light.
Orbit contains a sparse satellite network, one large airport for ships too large to land, and one moon. Three uninhabited gas giants lie farther out in the system. There are no notable environmental or orbital hazards.
Gate and Travel
The Atraxi safeguarded the gate at Atraxis Prime Omega in case their scattered people ever returned. It is a small gate enclosed inside a surface structure rather than a defensive installation. Amos reaches the planet after drifting through the void with gate activators, and more Atraxi emerge when the gate activates.
The gate uses Atraxi construction. Its keepers preserve their gate knowledge while sharing other technical advances with Malverand. During later void investigations, Amos compares Atraxis Prime Omega's gate design with Valrindor's gates and other Atraxi-built gates.
