Overview
Xoltan Morvayne is an ancient high arbiter of Teryndal and founder of Irrathis. He is the first Teryndal official to receive the atraxi after they reach the city, and he formally welcomes them to Xalmyrra.
History
By the time the atraxi arrive in Xalmyrra, Irrathis is already a functioning city under Teryndal's government. Xoltan is active during the atraxi's earliest settlement there. During this period, the atraxi improve unnaturally fast, and Xoltan ages noticeably while their own aging changes.
Xoltan and Thurion are long dead by the time Belanor spends a decade inside the Xalmyrran Council. Xoltan stands alongside King Thurion of Soltheris in Xalmyrra's oldest recorded history. When Jorhan later recreates Xalmyrra with the spiral shards, the recreated Irrathis includes an essence-made Xoltan who does not recognize Jorhan's group.
