Veyrik is a level seven air mage who enters the tournament of champions in Xalmyrra as Eira's early opponent. He wears pale gray robes and meets her with a confident manner. Eira binds him with darkness tendrils before he can channel a spell, and he yields almost immediately. Veyrik's essence cores remain unused through the match, and the easy victory leaves Eira unsettled. Later, Veyrik is near the southern Irrathis gate with Drendyll, among travelers heading toward the port.
