Overview
Bogdan is the leader of Borovia, ruling from its capital, Dubravin. He is an older man and a trade partner of Kaldaryn, and Garrik draws him into Valrindor's alliance network as Kaldaryn expands.
Borovia and Hrzai
Bogdan hosts Eira, Kaelion, and their companions in a half-treehouse during their stay in Dubravin. After Hrzai repeatedly heals locals in the city, he commissions a wooden statue of her from Borovia's artisans and gives the travelers carved dolls of her likeness for good luck.
Ember Spire and Cyndarel
Bogdan attends the Ember Spire talks with the allied leaders Garrik brings to Morozkaya. His work there is brief and diplomatic: he greets the Morozkayan leaders, affirms Garrik's protection promise to Borovia, and contributes to later trade and woodworking discussion. He leaves for Borovia the night before the Ember Spire timerift.
During the Cyndarel stalemate, Bogdan is with Garrik's forces, carving wooden figures with air magic. Hrzai can see through Bogdan, letting Eira's side track the battlefield through him.
