Vespera is a planet in the Hyperion system, in the Hyperion Spiral. A green haze covers its surface, reflecting the light of the orange and red sun Hyperion as yellow and green. Its atmosphere contains dangerous quantities of essence. The Malverand Intergalactic Empire classifies it as hostile and unlivable.
Expeditions
Mike launched three black boxes equipped with the Reflective Nanite Defense System towards Vespera. The boxes were designed to defend themselves and continue research on the planet, potentially helping solve the Spiral Mandate.
Eliona and Azarion undertook an expedition to study Vespera’s life and locate the boxes. They entered its atmosphere aboard a specially prepared ship; Azarion’s air magic supported the attempt. A continent and distant lights became visible during their descent.
Thalena’s account
In Thalena’s Shores of Eternity, she visited Vespera after ascending. She saw continents and oceans, and a city of stone and brick buildings with pointed orange roofs. Its inhabitants included mages and children.
