Khaladun, also spelled Khaladûn, is one of the largest northern cities of Ulzathir in Valrindor. It stands at the northern end of the desert, where greener lands begin, and serves as a strategic gateway toward the Plains of Eternity.
Layout and transport
Dark stone and pale gold characterize the city. At its busy sandship docks, wooden structures faded by the sun contrast with the polished celestial spires farther inside. Roads continue north through plains, forests, villages and smaller towns toward Ulzathir's borders.
Military assembly
During Ulzathir and Myrravel's war against Abraxas, Sharuzh's sandships converged at Khaladun. Soldiers and mages distributed supplies and formed marching units in the city before continuing overland toward the borders.
