Vincent is the current regent of restored Jazarel. He receives Xarion, Aelius, and Jin at Jazarel's domed government building when they arrive to meet Kaelion, directs officials to care for Xarion's skyship, and answers questions about trade, alliances, and governance while speaking fondly of Garrik. After Soria is captured, Vincent keeps her guarded by Jazarel's strongest mages and agrees to move her away from the city so Rahmavir cannot easily free her.
