Vincent is the regent of Jazarel. He wears deep-purple robes with golden embroidery, like the city's other officials.
History
Vincent welcomed Xarion, Jin and Aelius when they arrived to meet Kaelion. He ordered an official to look after their skyship, while asking that it be moved to a dock, and answered Xarion's questions about trade, alliances and government.
He assured the visitors that Jazarel's strongest mages were guarding the captured Soria. When Jin later explained the plan to move her, Vincent agreed that keeping her elsewhere would reduce the risk of a rescue attempt by Rahmavir. He also arranged fresh robes for her.
