Torukhan is the khagan of Serekhai. He allied his nation with Rahmavir and Raphael against the returned Order of Thalion Zenith, but questioned the growing cost of their war.
Appearance
He has brown eyes and a short brown beard. He wears loose yellow pants and an undersized tunic.
Magic
Torukhan received one of Gabriel's crystals and attuned to it particularly well. The crystal greatly increased his essence, leaving white and blue lines across his arms and up his neck. He still carries it.
History
Torukhan represented Serekhai at the gathering in Halvarim and later commanded its forces at Cyndarel. He questioned plans that would cost his men and doubted that their alliance could win everywhere. When Aldar trapped them in darkness, he initially trusted their new powers, but accepted Raphael's warning rather than risk his people losing their memories.
He survived Cyndarel's destruction. Afterward, he challenged the scale of the war and agreed to one more battle because the guardians had fulfilled their promise to stop the Plains of Eternity. He and Serekhai's forces withdrew during the battle in Ulzathir.
At the Valrindor Council in Melandor, he challenged Thalena's defense of the Order's past killings and argued that Gabriel's crystals could remain in their carriers.

In Thalena's Shores of Eternity, he attended another council meeting in Melandor, where Gabriel's crystals detonated and destroyed the city.
