Overview
Torukhan is the khagan of Serekhai and a Serekhai leader in Raphael's coalition against the returned Order. At the Halvarim summit, he speaks for Serekhai's agreement with Rahmavir and names the returned Order as an immense threat to the world. He dresses in loose yellow pants and an undersized tunic and has brown eyes and a short brown beard.
Battle for Cyndarel
During the Battle for Cyndarel, Torukhan discusses tactics with Serekhai commanders and questions Zorath because shutting down enemy logistics will get Serekhai men killed. He receives one of Gabriel's crystals, which melts into his torso, leaves white-blue lines across his arms and body, and fills him with essence second only to shard wielders. When Aldar traps Cyndarel in darkness and recreated Xalmyrran cycles, Torukhan matches the darkness to Serekhai's north, initially trusts Gabriel's crystal lines, and then waits for Gabriel's one-by-one pacts before the escape attempt. After the Battle for Cyndarel, Torukhan survives with Myrelia and Severin. Kjeldan and Zorath die.
