Dhalvor

Dhalvor was Eira's copilot during the Malverand Empire's expedition to Vireen.

After Barachiel died, Dhalvor wanted to return to Maraveth to report his death. He agreed to remain while the settlers repaired the gate and kept it open. He later helped catch the dying Arcanis when the scientist fell through it.

When two atraxi emerged from the gate, Dhalvor killed them with a cosmic beam. He mistook traces of Barachiel's essence on their bodies for evidence that they had killed the emperor. Eira rejected the accusation and proposed taking their bodies and the damaged gate to Maraveth. She then left secretly on the skyship without Dhalvor.
