Leonora is the young daughter of Thalena and Xarion. She lives in Chronasis, where Thalena and Cassian care for her.
Appearance and magic
Leonora has blonde hair and violet eyes. Thalena sensed temporal magic in her while she was still a baby and found that she was already aware of the people around her.
History
Thalena brought Leonora to the Valrindor Council in Melandor and introduced her to Xarion. The baby remained quiet amid the crowd, climbed onto her mother and cried out happily as Thalena flew with her. Lucilla held her while Thalena addressed the gathering. Thalena later left her with Cassian before departing to find Eira and Kaelion.
Thalena's account
In Thalena's Shores of Eternity, Leonora began speaking and asked Cassian what troubled him after Xarion's death. She later died in a plague that spread across Thalassai and resisted divine healing.
Relationships
- Thalena and Cassian: Her mother and the man who raises her. Cassian chose her name, and Thalena wanted them to give her a happy childhood.
- Xarion and Xirane: Her father and older half-sister. Xirane welcomed her as a little sister when they met in Melandor.
