Taizhou is a small city in Shaoying, near Laizhou, in central Valrindor. It stands amid open green terrain beside a forest, with a river winding past its outskirts. Its buildings are made of wood and stone, and poverty is visible among its inhabitants.
The city has winding streets and a modest inn. Its training arenas are reserved for Shaoying's elite mages. One has plain arches and a sand floor.
