Avalon is the capital of Lumeria, near the Lumerian Bay. Regent Bernard and his advisors govern from the regents' palace, whose rounded blue domes have silver spires. The city's main promenade runs near the bay.
History
Lothar helped establish Avalon and ruled Lumeria from it. The early city had brown brick houses. After he founded another Lumeria in the other Valrindor, there were two cities called Avalon. Raiders crossed one of his interworld doors and burned a village near Avalon, prompting him to close the doors.
