Dalren was the high technomancer of Brighthaven's triarch and a fire mage who served Isandriel. He regarded Isandriel as an old friend and urged him to stop isolating himself.
At Isandriel's request, Dalren drew essence from a core and channeled his orange flames into the burning frost crystal. The crystal did not respond, and he returned it. Isandriel then left him to govern Brighthaven during his absence. Dalren died of old age.
