Braylen is a child of Brynor and Mirael and the sibling of Nereyne. During the Xalmyrran showmatches, Braylen and Nereyne play with Xirane, and Brynor's frog goes with them to Irrathis Magic School. When Brynor seals himself underground to contain an essence bomb, he thinks of Braylen and Nereyne.
